These terms govern delegate participation in the AMUN conference and will be finalized before launch.

Eligibility

Participation is subject to eligibility requirements, committee availability, and registration confirmation by the organizers.

Registration

All registrations must be submitted accurately and honestly. Duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent registrations may be rejected or removed.

Conduct

Delegates are expected to uphold respectful behavior, follow conference rules, and act with professionalism throughout the event.

Payments

Payment details and deadlines will be published in the official registration process. Any fee arrangement is subject to organizer confirmation.

Changes

AMUN reserves the right to update event details, committee assignments and rules as needed. Participants will be informed of material changes as they arise.
